All users of this website that have completed registration and proceeded to complete the required financial obligation partly or completely are bound by this policy.
Please note our refund policy outlined below:
- Once sessions have commenced or if a candidate has attended more than one session, refunds will not be offered.
- If a candidate has already joined the collaborative workspace on Telegram and which grants access to digital assets, refunds will not be issued.
- In cases where unforeseen circumstances prevent the candidate from being unable to attend the sessions or PQP from providing our services, we will collaborate with the candidate to reschedule the session within a period of 8 months after payment has been made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our refund policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
- DISCLAIMER: Please be advised that if payment is made but activation is not completed within three months, refunds will not be issued. Additionally, failure to finalize the activation process within the designated three-month timeframe will result in a reactivation fee of N100,000.
