Through PQPlus, transition to tech has been made seamlessly possible for candidates who want to earn more income through a tech skill, or who seek to get promoted at their place of work as well as young men and women who desire to relocate out of Nigeria to countries like Canada or the United Kingdom. Olakunle Williams is a Data Analysis and Business Intelligence professional with over 10 years of proven experience working in the digital solutions, e-learning, and logistics industry. In the ever-evolving digital economy, He has always been an integral part of all the business units in every company he has worked or consulted for, ensuring return on investment on all projects executed and ensuring return on investments on all projects worked on. He is a dynamic individual with vast knowledge of international and Nigerian
domains.
He is a serial Entrepreneur, Managing Director, PQPLUS, DataPluga Tech, Swipht Green Energy, and head of Digital, Swipht Logistics. He has a degree in Technology from the University of Bolton, United Kingdom, and Higher
Diploma in Software Engineering, from Aptech.

Akinleye Olu-Philips

Head Communications, Marketing and Sales​

Akinleye has several years work experience in Media and Broadcasting with the credit of
creating numerous innovative Media content
both on Radio and TV.
He is a Communication Consultant with bias for Political Strategy, and also a TV producer
with experience spanning both private and public
sector. His strength lies in Organisational Strategy and Brand Communications. He is an
Alumnus of the School of Media & Communications of the Pan-Atlantic
University (Lagos Business School).

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

A sister-in law to the MD and CEO, Vivian is a highly proven versatile professional with a BTech in Food Science and Technology and a Certification in Oracle Database Management Systems. With six years of
experience in the Operations Department of a Pensions and Administrative firm, she now oversees the seamless functioning of all units at PQPLUS.
Vivian is passionate about developing technological skills and serves as a Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Coach, mentoring students for the past three years. Her expertise extends beyond technical
realms; she is known for excellent communication, strategic planning, and decisive decision-making.
